Bob Caruso serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMac, where he leads the company’s strategic vision and continued growth as a premier subservicing partner. Under his leadership, ServiceMac has grown to more than one million loans and over $300 billion in subservicing volume, with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, compliance, and technology-driven performance for clients and MSR owners.

With more than 30 years of mortgage servicing leadership experience, Bob is widely recognized as a respected leader in the industry. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale servicing operations, guided organizations through complex market conditions, and helped drive strong performance across servicing, post-closing, default, and operational strategy. His leadership continues to shape ServiceMac’s commitment to stability, innovation, and long-term value.

Rod Hatfield is Chief Operating Officer of ServiceMac and is responsible for leading the company’s day-to-day mortgage servicing operations. He oversees a broad range of functions, including information technology, project management, vendor management, shared services, loan boarding, payment processing, escrow administration, customer service, default servicing, loss mitigation, and foreclosure oversight.

Rod brings extensive leadership experience in mortgage servicing operations, with a strong focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and scalable execution. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is committed to building high-performing teams, strengthening controls and service quality, and using technology and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support portfolio growth in a highly regulated environment.

Dave Keck serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ServiceMac, where he leads the company’s Accounting, Finance and Capital Markets teams and helps guide the organization’s financial strategy and performance.

With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, Dave brings extensive expertise across accounting, financial reporting, profitability analysis, pricing, strategic planning, cash management and portfolio analysis. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of senior-level accounting and finance positions, providing strategic financial leadership and supporting long-term business growth.

Joanna McGinn is Executive Vice President of Client Relations at ServiceMac, where she leads the organization responsible for building and strengthening long-term client partnerships. She focuses on strategic execution, client education, and close alignment between ServiceMac’s operations and client goals, helping ensure every relationship is supported by responsive service, trusted guidance, and solution-oriented collaboration.

Joanna brings more than 34 years of experience in mortgage lending and financial services and has a proven record of building and scaling high-performing organizations. She is known for her strong focus on people, process, and technology, as well as her ability to foster high-performing teams and lasting client relationships. Her leadership reflects a people-first approach grounded in accountability, partnership, and results.

Bill Griffin is Executive Chairman and co-founder of ServiceMac, where he helps guide the company’s long-term growth and client acquisition strategy. He played a key role in building the company and in its successful sale to First American Financial, helping position ServiceMac as one of the nation’s fastest-growing subservicing companies serving lenders and investors across the country.

Bill has spent decades in mortgage finance and financial services, building a distinguished career in executive leadership, sales, marketing, and enterprise strategy. He is known for his deep industry knowledge, entrepreneurial vision, and strategic leadership, and he continues to play an important role in advancing ServiceMac’s growth and market presence.

Eric Sadow is the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at ServiceMac. Eric is responsible for the legal, risk, compliance, regulatory and quality control activities of ServiceMac.

Eric Sadow is a seasoned executive in the consumer financial services industry with extensive experience in legal, compliance, risk management, and consumer protection. Throughout his career, he has specialized in developing and executing strategies that proactively manage regulatory risk, strengthen compliance programs, and enhance customer outcomes.

Prior to joining ServiceMac, Eric served as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance and Fair Lending Officer for PHH Mortgage, where he led the compliance, examination management, and fair lending functions supporting both mortgage origination and servicing operations. His team was responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide compliance programs that ensured adherence to complex regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.

Eric is recognized for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, build high-performing teams, and align risk management practices with strategic business objectives. His leadership has consistently helped organizations strengthen governance, manage risk, and deliver positive outcomes for customers, clients, and stakeholders.
